The Need: Small Comforts, Big Impact
Operating from a rented house, the school is doing incredible work under humble conditions. They recently approached Aban Cares with two heartfelt requests:
- A Makeshift Entrance Shelter
- To provide shade and protection at the school entrance using eco-friendly coconut leaves
- Offers basic relief from sun and rain for children and visitors
- Cooling Solutions for Classrooms
- Use of natural vetti veru (fragrant roots) screens to block harsh sunlight
- Makes classrooms cooler, calmer, and more suitable for focused learning
